We are seeking a Senior Commissioning & Validation Engineer with the skills to act as both a third-party technical inspector and a hands-on commissioning specialist.
In this role, you will:

• Audit installations against supplier specs and grid code requirements.

• Validate system performance through functional testing and compliance checks.

• Commission, optimize, and hand over systems to operators.

• Provide post-commissioning support, including troubleshooting and service work.

This position requires a mix of field-based problem solving, technical authority, and clear, objective reporting to clients and stakeholders.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in commissioning, inspection, or service of industrial electrical systems.

• Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of electrical and control system schematics.

  • Experience with BMS, PCS, inverters, and industrial communication protocols.

  • Familiarity with local and international grid codes (advantage if experience with ENTSO-E, UL, or IEC standards).

• Qualifications: Degree in Electrical,  or Control Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong report writing and client communication abilities.

• Able to travel internationally for extended periods.

• Fluent English is a must — both spoken and written — for clear communication with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
